Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. The product should be in its original condition (with tags) and must not have been used. There could be up to a 15% restocking fee for all items returned without tags. Product must be returned to Discount Work Gear before a return will be issued.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition (with tags) and has not been used. Customers must contact customer service prior to shipping product to obtain an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for shipping charges, unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. Product must be returned to Discount Work Gear prior to shipping the new exchanged item. Discount Work Gear will replace any products that are defective within 30 days of purchase date. Upon the product being returned, Discount Work Gear will ship a replacement product at our expense.
Products Lost or Damaged In Transit:
Discount Work Gear will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. If this happens please contact customer service and a claim will be filed with the responsible carrier. This typically takes 7-10 days to resolve. In the mean time, if you wish, another order can be placed and shipped. If the filed claim results in a refund we will reimburse the full amount to you in the form of credit or a refund.
